To rent a car through our service, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have a clean driving record
• Provide a valid credit card for payment and security deposit

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations can be made through our website or mobile app. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation and timing. Please refer to your specific booking for details.

5. Vehicle Use

Our vehicles are to be used only for personal transportation within the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise specified. Off-road driving, racing, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

6. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included with all rentals. Additional coverage options are available. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the selected insurance plan.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge.

8. Return Policy

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was received, allowing for normal wear and tear.
